Scallywags Nursery is fully committed to compliance with the requirements of GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. The nursery will therefore follow procedures which aim to ensure that all employees, elected members, trainees/placement staff, helpers of the nursery who have access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the nursery are fully aware of and abide by their duties under the relevant data protection legislation.
